If your property is seriously affected by fire, storm, flood, burst water service, dangerous electrical fault, gas leak, etc that makes premises uninhabitable OR if an essential service stops working or any fault or damage poses an immediate health or safety risk such as breakdown of gas, water or electricity supply, blocked or broken lavatory, serious roof leak, inability to turn water off resulting in excessive wastage,  please call your Housing Officer on their mobile or SSI on 8713 9200 and ask for Housing.

After hours

If you are affected by any of the above situations please call our after-hours service on 1800 774 142. This service is operated by a call-centre who will ask some questions they put you through to the SSI Housing staff member who is on call.
