Emergency Housing Assistance
The self-funded Emergency Housing Assistance initiative provides furnished crisis accommodation to assist vulnerable people at risk of homelessness. At the end of an emergency placement SSI can assist clients to establish themselves in long-term accommodation. Read more
As a registered Community Housing Provider SSI can act as the managing agent on behalf of property owners. SSI manages a private property portfolio for the provision of long-term housing for vulnerable people. Read more
A Tenancy Brokerage service assists organisations to secure long-term affordable housing for their clients. If a property with a minimum six month lease is not secured within a mutually agreed time frame, the service fee will not be charged. Read more
Refugee housing support
SSI Housing sources short-term and long-term housing options for recently arrived refugees and humanitarian entrants and support them through the tenancy application process.
Asylum seeker assistance
SSI supports people who are living in the community while they seek asylum with short-term, transitional and crisis housing. During this time, SSI can also assist people to source and secure affordable long-term housing.
